This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, booking modifications and refund eligibility for services offered by ANAGKI Logistics.

2. Booking Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of a booking prior to the scheduled relocation date by contacting our support team.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through approved communication channels including phone, email or official support.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before service may be eligible for full or partial refund.
  • Cancellation within 24–72 hours may attract operational charges.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to higher cancellation fees due to manpower and vehicle allocation.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in situations where services have not been initiated, operational commitments have not been deployed, or where cancellation terms permit refunds.

Refund approval is subject to internal verification and policy compliance.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already completed.
  • Customer absence at pickup location.
  • Incorrect information provided by customer.
  • Delays caused by customer-side restrictions.
  • Special arrangements already executed.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days depending on payment method, banking systems and verification procedures.

7. Service Modifications

Customers may request changes to moving dates, pickup locations or service requirements. Additional charges may apply depending on operational adjustments required.

8. Force Majeure

ANAGKI Logistics shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or service disruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or transportation issues.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should first be submitted to our customer support team for review and resolution.
